Event Overview:

Your Entry fee will include:

• Guarantee of three TEAM matches, including at least 6 sets of play

There will be a MAXIMUM of 16 teams allowed to enter this event.


 If you would like to play but don't have a FULL TEAM, no problem, just enter and we will help put your TEAM together!

Format of TEAM Tennis

• Each entry is a team which will consist of four players; two men and two women. Substitutes are allowed should one of the main 4 players get injured.
   

• Each player on each team is guaranteed three team matches, including at least 6 sets of play.
   

• All team matches will consist of one set to 5, in each of the following categories,  MD, WD and two MXD, with no-ad scoring and a tiebreaker at 4-4.
   

• All of the categories are played back to back with your team cheering you on at the sidelines and on court coaching.
   

• One point is awarded for each game won. If necessary, a Super tiebreaker is played to determine the outright winner of the match.
   

• Round Robin matches will determine A and B Elimination draws.
   

• Single round elimination will take place once the A draws and B draws are set.
   

• Courtside team cheering, coaching, etc. is not only allowed, it's encouraged...

Please note that, while every effort will be made to accommodate your desired start time, there will be no guarantee. Your start time will be confirmed, via e-mail, to each TEAM captain. It is their responsibility to inform their team members.

Cancellation Policy:

If your team cancels 2 (two) days or less before the day of play, the cancellation fee will be the full entry fee for your team, unless you can find a replacement team
(so that the draw size is not affected).
