The finale to a great year could not have been held at a better venue, nor with better people, or by having any more fun!

White Oaks measured up to everyone's expectations and then some!

Over70 players came out to test their skills against the best of the best of the Tour!
Eric was caught here passing notes to Phil and was disqualified from further play!
Some actually enjoyed quiet time at this lovely resort!

Brian Mills of Head sacrificed his weekend so that we could enjoy ourselves even more!

The most participation by a man this year went out to journeyman Brent Gillett
Most improved woman on tour was won by Chris Roovers....believe it or not!?
The Sportsman of the Year award was won by an aptly named Ian Gentle!

John Iclanzan (Ike) took the honour of the most events played in the Mixed!
Sportswoman of the year was "stolen" by Louise Thompson.

Great going, Louie!

The best supporting actress Oscar was taken by Pat Gillett.

Pat has stepped right up and basically taken over the operational end of this business, and we could not really do without her now!

Hope she never gets a weekend job!

Shelby....aka Killer "B" has now become Killer "A", and took home the most improved player of the year award for the Men!
Wee Hugh Thompson offered to sponsor the Tour this year through a myriad of numbered companies and off-shore accounts.

Thanks Hugh!  You and your whole fam damily have been just great!

Ed Hall from "Moving Music" played some mean tennis and then spun some mean tunes!

In the mixed "A" final <again> Kim Carey and Mike Brennan (left) defeated Kelly Stobbe and Paul Kingston, 8-5
In a closely contested mixed "B" final, Aubrey Fishman (from Calgary) and Chris Roovers (left) overcame Rob Storey and Jane Rennie, 8-7
The men's "A" final saw Mikey Brennan <once again> team up with John Ferland (right) to defeat Paul Kingston and Ed Wilcox, 8-7
The Twin Towers (Jay and Gordon Grant, left) overcame the ever so tough team of Brent Gillett and Lee Hatton, 8-6
Jan Dawson and Bernadette Wheeler (right) overcame a tough field and matching opponents, Mary Daniel and Sue Kinzie, 8-3, to capture the women's "B" title

We managed to donate $125 to the Breast Cancer Foundation this past weekend, thanks to your support of Win, Place or Show at the Championships!  Good Work!

We also held a silent auction with such notable items as an Andre Agassi autographed racquet, a trip to Hilton Head Island, original art, and lots and lots of really neat Fila gear!
