The Millennium Plaza is more than a hotel, it is truly a New York experience.

Book your Spot Today:

• Once you have confirmed your attendance, via e-mail, you will be contacted to formally book your spot for the trip.
• You will be sent the full trip package including the registration forms and confirmation details.

Prices and Payment Schedule:

• A 50% deposit will be required upon booking. The deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel between April 1st and May 31st  2007. (See 'Cancellation Policy' for full details)
• Payment can be in the form of cheque or money order made out to Exotic Destinations Inc.
• The remaining balance will be required by July 1st, 2007. We would recommend that you send both cheques at the same time and simply post date the second cheque to July 1st, 2007.

Terms and Conditions

• The trip dates are August 31 - September 3, 2007, inclusive.
• Rates are based on double occupancy.
• Room maximums are determined by accommodation choice. Contact Sandra Barrett for more information on upgrades and additional room guest costs.
• Check in is on Friday, August 31, 2007 after 4:00 pm.
• Check out time is on Monday, September 3, 2007 by 12:00 pm.
• You are responsible for transportation to and from New York City.
• You are responsible for transportation to and from all events, excluding the cost to travel via the Metro Transportation Authority to and from the 2007 US Open on September 1st and September 2nd 2007.

 Cancellation Policy:

• Exotic Destinations offers Cancellation/ Interruption insurance.
• Notice of cancellation must be confirmed to Exotic Destinations in writing stating the reason for the cancellation.
• Penalty for cancellations will be assessed as follows:
  • Between April 1st and May 31st, 2007 - 50% of trip cost
  • Between June 1st and  September 3, 2007 – 100% of trip cost
• All unused services of the vacation arrangements, during the vacation, including hotel accommodations, tennis activities, ground transportation and meals, are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Trip Insurance:

• Exotic Destination strongly advises guests to purchase, prior to departure, Cancellation/Interruption Insurance as well as Out of Country Medical Insurance for those who do not have it. Exotic Destinations works with an excellent insurance company and can provide the necessary insurance for you. Should a guest decide not to purchase said insurance, he/ she will be asked to sign our waiver form.

Travel Documentation:

• It is the guests’ responsibility to obtain, at his or her expense, all documentation required by all relevant government authorities. Passports are required and must be valid for at least 6 months after exiting your last destination. In the event that the passenger does not obtain the required documentation, he/she will be denied boarding by the air carrier or refused entry into the country of destination. No refunds will be made under such circumstances.

• Changes in the itinerary may occur for reasons beyond the control of Exotic Destinations Inc. and TennisAccess.com Doubles Tour Inc.
• Exotic Destinations Inc. and TennisAccess.com Doubles Tour Inc. are not responsible for changes to the itinerary as a result of inclement weather, acts of terrorism or war. Every effort will be made to reschedule events where possible. If the new time and location of the event is not convenient for the guest and they are unable to attend there will be no refund. A portion of the vacation cost may be refunded in the event that overall rescheduling of an event is not physically possible.
• Exotic Destinations Inc. and TennisAccess.com Doubles Tour Inc. reserve the right to cancel this vacation as early as September 5th, 2007 if a minimum number of spots are not sold. If this occurs, those who have registered before this date will receive a full refund.
• Exotic Destinations Inc. and TennisAccess.com Doubles Tour Inc. reserve the right to decline any guest as a member of this vacation at any time.
